ITEM 7.01    REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

    On April 3, 2023, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) released its 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, which is available from the Company’s website at www.ppbi.com.

The 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report reflects the Company’s progress on environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) related matters, focusing on a wide range of critical issues, including climate risk, human capital, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and community development.

Key highlights in the 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report include information regarding:

•enhanced ESG-related reporting, consistent with SASB and TCFD frameworks;

•an enterprise-wide ESG materiality assessment to identify and prioritize key ESG initiatives;

•enhanced climate-related credit risk procedures for credit underwriters;

•Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions; and

•our first Gallup employee engagement survey, with an 88% participation rate.
