Related Parties Loans to the Company’s executive officers and directors are made in the ordinary course of business and are made on substantially the same terms as comparable transactions. There were no new loans made or outstanding to any officers or directors of the Company in 2013 or 2012. At the end of 2013 the Company had related party deposits of $819,000 compared to $1.2 million at the end of 2012.
