This grant is now fully vested and and available for exercise by Mr. Sackrider until the expiration date of September 9, 2008 at a price of $15.00 per share.  These shares have not yet been acquired through the exercise of the option.</footnote>

To date, no shares under this stock option grant have been exercised by Mr. Sackrider.</footnote>
