Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 11, 2014, the board of directors of Epiq Systems, Inc. ("Epiq") declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 9, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 1, 2014.
On June 11, 2014, Epiq also issued a press release announcing the board of directors' declaration of the cash dividend. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
