        On September 2, 2003, Euramax International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has called for redemption all of the remaining outstanding 11¹/4% senior subordinated notes due 2006 issued by Euramax International Limited, Euramax European Holdings Limited and Euramax European Holdings B.V. on October 1, 2003. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
