Related Party Transactions	Related-Party Transactions Senior Unsecured Loan Facility In March 2011, Euramax Holdings, Euramax International and certain of our domestic subsidiaries entered into the Senior Unsecured Loan Facility with investment funds affiliated with Highland Capital Management, L.P. and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, our two largest shareholders, as lenders. The amount outstanding under the Senior Unsecured Loan Facility as of December 31, 2013, and the maximum amount outstanding during 2013, was $125 million. Total interest on the Senior Unsecured Loan Facility for 2013, 2012, and 2011 totaled $15.3 million, $15.6 million and $12.2 million, respectively.
