On August 8, 2005, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) sent its shareholders of record copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F (as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 14, 2005) and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 2, 2005 in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and a proxy with regard to that meeting.
