Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On April 3, 2007, Core Molding Technologies, Inc. (the "Company"), entered into a supply agreement (the "Supply Agreement") with PACCAR Inc.("PACCAR"). Under the terms of the Supply Agreement, PACCAR will purchase from the Company certain specified fiberglass reinforced products. Unless extended by the parties or otherwise terminated as provided therein, the Supply Agreement will expire on June 30, 2010.

PACCAR is a significant customer of the Company, with sales representing approximately 22% of the Company’s total revenues during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.

The Company intends to seek confidential treatment of certain terms contained in the Supply Agreement, which will be filed as an exhibit to the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the six months ended June 30, 2007.
