Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On October 17, 2018, aggregate dividends, distributions and dividend equivalents of $47.4 million were paid to common stockholders, common unitholders and RSU holders of record on September 28, 2018. On October 22, 2018, the Operating Partnership issued $200.0 million principal amount of its 4.35% Senior Notes, Series B, due October 18, 2026 pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement, the proceeds of which were used to repay a portion of the outstanding balance on our unsecured revolving credit facility. As of the date of this report, the outstanding balance on our unsecured revolving credit facility was approximately $165.0 million.
