Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On October 16, 2013, aggregate dividends, distributions, and dividend equivalents of $29.8 million were paid to common stockholders and common unitholders of record on September 30, 2013 and RSU holders on the payment date. In October 2013, we sold one of our office properties that was held for sale as of September 30, 2013 for $9.6 million. In October 2013, the Company acquired a 2.0 acre undeveloped land parcel for $17.0 million, completing the final phase of the land assemblage for the Crossing 900 project located in Redwood City, California.
