Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 4, 2013, the Executive Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors modified the terms of 61,327 time-based RSUs granted to certain officers of the Company in January 2013 to include performance-based vesting requirements. See Note 9 for additional information. On April 17, 2013, aggregate dividends, distributions, and dividend equivalents of $27.4 million were paid to common stockholders and common unitholders of record on March 28, 2013 and RSU holders on the payment date.
