SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On February 7, 2024, the Company signed a non-binding indication of interest to acquire the three subsidiaries of Roseville Partners, LLC, a privately owned company, primarily through issuance of shares of common stock. The three subsidiaries are currently engaged in tiny home sales and tiny home and RV community development in Pennsylvania and Florida. There can be no assurance that the parties will enter into definitive agreements or that the parties will consummate the transactions contemplated by the non-binding indication of interest. A press release announcing this non-binding letter of intent was issued on February 14, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
