NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On July 15, 2019, 6,909,000 common share purchase warrants issued by the Company were modified to extend their maturity date to September 7, 2021. The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the balance sheet date through the date these financial statements were issued, and has determined there are no additional events that require disclosure in accordance with ASC 855 Subsequent Events.
