NOTE 9 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

The Companys Board of Directors has agreed to pay the Companys Chief Financial Officer an annual salary of $17,000. No other officers or directors of the Company receive compensation other than reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with Company business and development.
