MTS Announces Date of Fourth Quarter 2005 Results

Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq SmallCap: MTSL - News), a global provider of business

& billing solutions, will announce its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005
financial results on Thursday, February 9.
