NOTE 5 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

Effective January 1, 2009, the Company operates from the offices of its CFO and director for $500 a quarter. The Company has recorded rent expense of $2,000 and $2,000 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
