Helios Technologies Declares 102nd Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend

SARASOTA, FL, June 9, 2022 — Helios Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: HLIO) (“Helios” or the “Company”), a global leader in highly engineered motion control and electronic controls technology for diverse end markets, announced that its Board of Directors declared its 102nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share.

The dividend will be payable on July 20, 2022 to stockholders of record as of July 5, 2022. Helios Technologies has approximately 32.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.
