Related Party Transactions	15. Related Party Transactions IEP no longer owns 5% or more of the Company’s Class A Common Stock. During the second quarter of 2021, IEP and its subsidiaries, including Icahn Automotive Group LLC, were no longer considered related parties of the Company. The Company’s net sales with Icahn Automotive Group LLC, which represent net sales with IEH Auto Parts LLC and Pep Boys—Manny, Moe & Jack, were $71 million for the six months ended June 30, 2021. The Company also had royalty and other income (expense) with Icahn Automotive Group LLC and PSC Metals of $2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2021.
