SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS It has been agreed by Mr. Wang and Jonway Group that the $2.64 million injected into ZAP by them in June and $1.85 million in July 2015 will be converted into ZAP shares during the third quarter of 2015 in accordance with the terms of a Binding Letter of Commitment in Equity Investment in ZAP dated February 14, 2014 and addendum dated May 30, 2015.
