The aggregate market value of the common stock of the registrant held by non-affiliates on February 18, 2008 and June 29, 2007 (the last business day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter) was $3,840.9 million and $2,528.0 million, respectively, based upon the closing sales price of the registrant’s common stock on such date as reported in the consolidated transaction reporting system.
