EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 10: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(k) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this 401(K) Plan amounted to $194 thousand and $131 thousand for the three months ended February 28, 2022 and 2021, respectively, and $308 thousand and $252 thousand for the six months ended February 28, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
