EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 11: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(k) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this 401(K) Plan amounted to $114 thousand and $121 thousand for the three months ended November 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
