EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 11: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(k) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $131 thousand and $109 thousand for the three months ended February 28, 2021 and February 29, 2020, respectively and $252 thousand and $202 thousand for the six months ended February 28, 2021 and February 29, 2020, respectively.
