EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 11: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(k) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $121 thousand and $92 thousand for the three months ended November 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
