EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 10: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(K) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $123,549 and $116,839 for the three months ended May 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively and $325,220 and $295,777 for the nine months ended May 31, 2020 and 2019 respectively.
