EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 10: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(K) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $109,304 and $91,999 for the three months ended February 29, 2020 and February 28, 2019, respectively and $201,671 and $178,938 for the six months ended February 29, 2020 and February 28, 2019 respectively.
