EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	NOTE 10: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(K) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $91,999 and $71,045 for the three months ended February 28, 2019 and 2018, respectively and $178,938 and $142,426 for the six months ended February 28, 2019 and 2018 respectively.
