SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend Declared On Thursday, April 3, 2024, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share to our shareholders. The dividend in the amount of approximately $1.2 million will be distributed on Monday, May 6, 2024, for shareholders of record as of Monday, April 29, 2024. Earnout payment In March 2024, the Company made cash earnout payments in the aggregate amount of $2.5 million to the former equity holders and employees of Immunetrics, pursuant to the terms of that Earnout Agreement, dated June 16, 2023, entered into by and among the Company, Immunetrics and certain other parties in connection with the Immunetrics acquisition.
