EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANWe maintain a 401(k) Plan for eligible employees. We make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of the employee's gross salary. We contributed $0.2 million and $0.2 million for the three months ended February 28, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $0.3 million and $0.3 million for the six months ended February 28, 2023, and 2022, respectively.
