EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANWe maintain a 401(k) Plan for eligible employees. We make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of the employee's gross salary. We contributed $0.1 million and $0.1 million for three months ended November 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
