10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On December 6, 2013, the Board of Directors voted to amend the Company’s 2007 Employee Stock Option Plan. The amendment would increase the number of shares issuable under the plan by 1,000,000. The amendment is subject to approval by shareholder vote at the next shareholder meeting scheduled for February 25^th, 2014.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
