Note 11. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	We maintain a 401(k) Plan for all eligible employees. We make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of the total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Contributions by the Company to this Plan amounted to $104,162 and $89,258 for FYE 2013 and 2012, respectively.
