EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	Note 9: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(K) Plan for all eligible employees, and we make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $76,317 and $68,793 for the nine months ended May 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
