Note 1. ORGANIZATION AND LINES OF BUSINESS	Organization Simulations Plus, Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) was incorporated on July 17, 1996. On August 29, 1996, the shareholders of Words+, Inc. exchanged their 2,000 shares of Words+, Inc. common stock for 2,200,000 (Pre-split) shares of Simulations Plus, Inc. common stock, and Words+, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Simulations Plus, Inc. The Words+ subsidiary was sold effective November 30, 2011, and is treated as “discontinued operations” in the accompanying financial statements. Lines of Business The Company designs and develops pharmaceutical simulation software to promote cost-effective solutions to a number of problems in pharmaceutical research and in the education of pharmacy and medical students. The Company also developed and sells a productivity software program called Abbreviate! that was moved from the Words+ subsidiary to Simulations Plus.

Organization

Simulations Plus, Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) was incorporated on July 17, 1996.
