Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 8: EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(K) Plan for all eligible employees, and make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of total employee compensation. We can also elect to make a profit-sharing contribution. Our contributions to this Plan amounted to $68,793 and $60,503 for the nine months ended May 31, 2012 and May 31, 2011, respectively.
