Note 6: RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of May 31, 2012, included in bonus expenses to officers was $87,500, of which $60,000 was accrued bonus representing 5% of the Company's FY12 net income before bonuses and taxes, not exceeding $60,000, paid to the Corporate Secretary, Virginia Woltosz, as an annual bonus as part of the terms of the sale of Words+ to Simulations Plus in 1996. The other $27,500, paid in December 2011, was a performance bonus to Walter Woltosz, our President/Chief Executive Officer.
