Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On March 5, 2012, Simulations Plus, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors appointed Mr. John DiBella to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Mr. DiBella joined the Company’s Life Sciences department in 2003 as a Senior Scientist and developed the initial versions of the Company’s Dose Disintegration and Dissolution Plus (DDDPlus™) software for simulating in vitro dissolution experiments. Mr. DiBella holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He transferred to marketing and sales in 2006. In 2009, he became the Director, Marketing and Sales, achieving consistent sales growth in each quarter since that time.
