Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 6: RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of November 30, 2011, included in accrued bonus to officer was $44,950 which represents 5% of the Company's FY12 net income before bonuses and taxes, not exceeding $60,000, paid to the Corporate Secretary, Virginia Woltosz, as an annual bonus as part of the terms of the sale of Words+ to Simulations Plus in 1996. The last fiscal year’s bonus was paid in August 2011.

Note 6: RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of November 30, 2011, included in accrued bonus to officer was $44,950 which represents 5% of the Company's FY12 net income before bonuses and taxes, not exceeding $60,000, paid to the Corporate Secretary, Virginia Woltosz, as an annual bonus as part of the terms of the sale of Words+ to Simulations Plus in 1996.
