On January 14, 2008, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held a conference call for investors to review the financial results for the three months ended November 30, 2007. A copy of the PowerPoint slides used as notes for this call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
