     UNFORESEEN DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION AND REVIEW OF INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS
     AFFECTING DISCLOSURES IN THE ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 10-KSB. THE REGISTRANT
