Basis of Presentation	The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are presented on the same basis as the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 (“2018 Form 10-K”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). AutoWeb has made its disclosures in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments, consisting of normal recurring adjustments, necessary for a fair presentation with respect to interim financial statements, have been included. The unaudited condensed consolidated statement of operations and comprehensive loss and cash flows for the period ended March 31, 2019 are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations or cash flows expected for the year or any other period. The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto in the 2018 Form 10-K. Certain amounts have been reclassified from the prior year presentation to conform to the current year presentation. References to amounts in the consolidated financial statement sections are in thousands, except shares and per share data, unless otherwise specified.
