Other Income In March 2013, the Company received a $0.5 million payment related to termination of a license agreement under which the Company had licensed certain rights in the Company's proprietary software, business procedures, and brand. The license agreement, originally entered into in 2002, had an original term of 25 years, with the licensee having the right to terminate the agreement early upon two years notice. The license agreement did not generate any revenue for the Company, other than $250,000 annually which was recorded as other income since inception of the license agreement. The licensee exercised its right to terminate the license agreement and, in order to terminate the license agreement prior to the end of the notice period, agreed to a pre-payment of the annual license fees that otherwise would have been due during the two-year notice period.
