Taxes The Company was audited in June 2011 by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for sales tax for the period December 1, 2003 through February 28, 2011 and is awaiting the results of the state's audit. The Company accrued $175,000 in 2011 as the estimated liability related to a New York State Department of Taxation and Finance sales tax audit. The Company is also in an on-going income tax examination by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008. The Company believes it has made adequate reserves for state tax items through March 31, 2012.
