On February 20, 2018, ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“ANI,” “we,” or “us”) issued a press release announcing that we will release our fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial results on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, before the opening of the U.S. financial markets. We will host a conference call with the investment community at 10:30am, Eastern Time on February 27, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

(NASDAQ: ANIP) announced today that the Company plans to release its fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial results and 2018 guidance on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, before the opening of the U.S. financial markets.
