Recent Accounting Pronouncements There were no additional accounting standards updates applicable to the company issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") during the first quarter ending March 31, 2012. Other accounting standards that have been issued or proposed by the FASB or other standards-setting bodies are not expected to have a material impact on the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
