We recorded adjustments that increased the fair value of our liability for contingent consideration the three months ended June 30, 2020, and June 30,2019 by $29 thousand and $401 thousand, respectively There were no payments made to satisfy the current obligations of the contingent consideration arrangements for both the three months ended June 30, 2020, and 2019.
