14.SEGMENT REPORTING

Our operations are conducted through two business segments. Our technology segment includes sales of information technology products, third-party software, third-party maintenance, advanced professional and managed services and our proprietary software to commercial, state and local governments, and government contractors.  Our financing segment consists of the financing of IT equipment, software and related services to commercial, state and local governments, and government contractors. For the year ended March 31, 2014, and 2013, sales to a large telecommunications company were approximately 11% and 14%, respectively, of total revenues, all of which related to our technology segment. No customer accounted for more than 10% of our revenues for the year ended March 31, 2012.
