UNIVEST CORPORATION DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND

SOUDERTON, Pa., November 25, 2009 – Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ: UVSP), declared today a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend to be paid on January 2, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2009.
