Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

Effective May 1, 2017, Margaret K. Zook retired from the Board of Directors of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the "Corporation"). Ms. Zook has reached the mandatory retirement date. The Board of Directors thanks Ms. Zook for her years of service and contributions to the Corporation.
