SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2017, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the outreach laboratory services operations of PeaceHealth Laboratories ("PeaceHealth"). PeaceHealth delivers laboratory services in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Closing of the transaction, which is expected in the second quarter of 2017, is subject to customary regulatory review and customary closing conditions. In February 2017, the Company developed high-level estimates of the pre-tax charges expected to be incurred in connection with the course of action for 2017 under the Invigorate program.
